| Ph.D. Details | School of Computer Sciences, MGU – Nov 2019 My research work dealt with the secure Virtual Machine allocation policies in the Cloud servers so as to diminish the probability chance of Co-Resident Denial of Service (Dos) attacks in Cloud servers. I had developed 3 algorithms for detecting and preventing Co-Resident DoS attacks in Cloud platform. My work depicts with to verify the behavioral pattern of user accounts allocated in the cloud environment and to cluster these user accounts in to three types such as Low, Medium and High risk uses. Then to classify these user accounts in two categories such as legal or malicious. Finally, to eliminate these malicious user accounts from the servers by increasing their costs and to allocate legitimate user accounts in the cloud without delay and to secure the cloud servers free of Co-residence DoS/DDoS attack. Software developed in Java supported Cloudsim tool. |
